32 チェーン芯々 Chain c/c K2 フラットバータイプ K2 flat bar type ②アタッチタイプ Attachment type ●フラットバータイプ Flat bar type アタッチメント付チェーンを使用し、両サイドのアタッチメントにフラットバーを取付け、フラッ トバーはステーピンタイプ同様ラセン内を通すか、フラットバーの上にベルトを載せるタイプです。 ベルトをチェーンセンターに持ってくる為、アタッチメントとフラットバーの間にスペーサーを入 れる必要があります。 Chain with attachment is used. Flat bar is fitted to attachment at both sides. The flat bar is passed inside the spiral (as with stay pin type) or the belt is put on the flat bar. Spacer must be provided between the attachment and the flat bar so that the belt is located in the chain center. ●アングル・チャンネルタイプ Angle channel type チェーン芯々が広い場合や、重荷重の場合でベルト受けレールを取付け出来ない場合など、たわみ がでないようにするためこのタイプが使われます。フラットバーと同様の取付け方で組立てます。 This type is used to prevent deflection in case chain c/c is wide but support rail can not be installed. The same installation procedure as that applied to the flat bar is applied. ●パイプタイプ Pipe type アングルタイプと同様ですが、アタッチメントに取付けるためパイプをつぶす必要があります。 また、チェーンにEPタイプを採用することにより、ステーピンタイプ同様な組立てが可能で、 しかも軽量で幅方向のたわみが発生しにくくなります。 Similar to angle type. If EP type chain is used, the same assembling procedure as that applied to the stay pin type can be applied.
