26 A new steel type has been added to the KMG mesh, which was developed as a countermeasure against contamination of foreign substances. Foreign matter contamination due to sieve wire mesh failure must be avoided, especially in the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing process. Therefore, we provide the magnetic wire mesh "KMG Mesh" so that the pieces can be recovered even if the wire mesh breaks down. In order to further extend the service life of the KMG mesh, we have developed a higher-strength steel type "Dermaloy" in addition to the conventional steel type "KNM21". The KMG mesh can be selected from the following two types of magnetic materials. 1.Magnetic stainless steel "KNM21" wire mesh (patented) 2. High durability and magnetic stainless steel "Darmaloy" wire mesh for applications where strong magnetic wire mesh is required: We can weave up to φ0.1 or higher *100mesh. Applicable wire diameter of φ0.6 or less for applications that require a wire mesh with excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance : Darmaroy I (weaveable up to about 350mesh / patented) exceeding φ0.6 : Durmalloy II ※(Weaving up to φ1.6mm/Patent application) ※Dharmaroy II has developed a high-strength steel type "Dharmaroy II" in thick wire diameter regions exceeding φ0.6, which could not be supported by Dharmaroy I. Moreover, it has a high level of corrosion resistance and it has strong magnetism second to KNM21. Please refer to the results of various evaluations on the right page.
