There are two types: the LR type, which combines a specially developed frame with a straight-line rod, and the LF2 type, which incorporates a spiral into it. Minimum belt turn radius is 2.0 times the belt width in case of standard 27.4 mm rod pitch. The LR type uses a combination of especially developed link and straight rod, whereas the LF2 type uses this combination with spiral mesh. In addition, since the hardness is increased by more than 100%, it has excellent abrasion resistance and a longer life. By changing the belt to Hardy-1, it ensures driving and long life. As is evident from the figure the elongation of Hardy-1 is smaller than that of ordinary belts.
