Q1. What are your current job descriptions and rewards?

S.Y.

The Administration Department to which I belong is the department in charge of all backyard operations in a company, such as general affairs, accounting, finance, personnel and labor, and general affairs. Among them, I am mainly in charge of personnel and labor, but I do not do that only, but I often do general affairs and accounting, and my role is to create an environment where all employees can work comfortably in order to ensure that the Kansai wire network can carry out corporate activities smoothly and that all employees can work comfortably.

T.Mo.

When I joined the company, I was very grateful to Mr. S.Y., from selection to various procedures. It is thanks to Mr. SY. that I can do my best here now (laughs).

T.Ma.

The sales department to which I and T.Mo. belong regularly visits customers, mainly in the manufacturing industry, to hear about issues and concerns at the manufacturing site. We will use a wide variety of products such as wire mesh, filters, and conveyor belts to solve the issues we asked, but our customers' issues are truly different, and we need to respond to them individually, not ready-made products. The fun and difficult part of Kansai Network is where we can conduct such problem-solving sales activities.

T.Mo.

The process until it is completed, such as meeting with customers many times and asking the inside company to overdo it, is really difficult, but the joy of being able to deliver safely is just a moment, It is the real pleasure of sales and privilege to see the customer directly happy.

T.Ma.

I'm impressed every time the product I've struggled with is actually running for the first time at the customer, and I can always see how much I can't get tired of seeing it.

S.Y.

I am the same in that it feels rewarding because of the hard work, and among the personnel labor I am mainly involved in, recruitment of new graduates has a very long period from internship to joining the company, so I have the strongest feelings and I feel the best when I greeted the entrance ceremony safely, "I am glad I did it."

Q2. What are your thoughts and attitudes necessary to do a good job?

S.Y.

I joined the company and experienced a variety of tasks, and as the range of things I can do has expanded, the number of jobs I can entrust has increased recently. However, despite the increase in the amount of work, if you can only do the same work as before, you will gradually be forced to work and will not be able to perform good performance. At the same time, I have attended external training to improve operational efficiency. What I learned was the idea of "time management", and specifically, even if I thought that I could do this job in 30 minutes, it actually took more than an hour, and vice versa, I was able to realize my own task that there was a large difference between the plan and the actual situation. Since then, we have been reviewing our daily work scheduling, which has led to improvements in operational efficiency.

T.Mo.

That way of thinking is also important for sales. In order to prevent such discrepancies, we first consider communicating with our customers and building relationships that will allow us to remember our name first when something happens.

T.Ma.

A few years after I joined the company, I feel that when I get used to work, I can become preconceptions and get in the way of work as I get used to it. What I'm trying to keep in mind recently is to make proposals from the customer's point of view, not just for my own convenience. After gaining experience, I think this is a solution to this issue, but it is most important to identify what customers really need without prejudice. To this end, we conduct interviews with customers from a zero-based basis, and make full use of the Kansai wire network's abundant product lineup and technical capabilities to constantly consider the best plan for our customers.

I would like to take on the challenge of each and every task seriously.

Q3. What are the good things about the Kansai wire network and what do you want to change?

T.Mo.

It would be nice to have a good support system for young employees. I still have a short time since I joined the company, and I still have a lot of immature things as a salesperson, but I am very grateful that my seniors are one-on-one instructor, and I am very grateful that it is easy to hear even if I do not understand.

T.Ma.

As I mentioned earlier, Kansai Secure Network sales are a problem-solving type, but the degree of freedom is high, and each sales person has to think about solutions themselves and move their work. Of course, I check with my boss each time, but if I don't make a mistake, even young people like me will respect their ideas and have a culture that supports the challenge. Of course, as a result, there are times when you fail, but in such a case, there is also the dependability to back up by everyone, so I think it's a great place to be able to challenge forward without hesitation.

S.Y.

I also think the best thing about the Kansai wire network is the strength of teamwork, there are many people who take care of it, only those who help when in trouble, and only those who are willing to accept what they have asked. I think. We, the Career Recruitment Group, must pass on this corporate culture to the next generation.

T.Ma.

On the other hand, due to the influence of such a corporate culture, there are very few people who retire, and there are few young employees as a whole. I want you to hire more and more young employees, regardless of new graduates or careers.

S.Y.

Q4. Could you tell me what you want from people working together?

T.Mo.

To be honest and not lie, this is absolutely necessary. For example, if you do not report anything that is inconvenient to you or tell a lie about the contents of a business talk with a customer, the boss will give advice based on the wrong information, which will not only cause inconvenience to the customer, but can also significantly hurt the trust of the company. If you are a person who can face any job honestly, reflect on it even if there is a failure or mistake, and report it, you will surely be able to grow under the warm corporate culture of Kansai Secure Network.

I agree with you, and to add to it, I want you to be curious about anything. It is also important to be interested in our products and to acquire more knowledge, and sometimes we may ask customers to chat, so those who are interested in the events that are occurring in the world are more interested in Kansai wire net sales.

S.Y.

As a position to be involved in recruitment, I think what they are saying is exactly what they are saying, and of course, the skills such as knowledge and skills are important when working, but we are hiring with an emphasis on personality such as humanity and personality, and as a result, many employees have been working for a long time in line with the corporate culture. I would like to continue this policy and recruit more and more young employees who will be responsible for the next Kansai wire network.
