Work to propose products that meet customer needs.
Its breadth and depth are the biggest attraction of Kansai wire nets.

Q1. Could you tell us the difference between your current job content and what you initially thought about?

K.I.

I do sales activities at the Fukuoka branch every day. Our sales often manufactures and sells tailor-made products according to the customer's issues rather than selling ready-made products, so we consult with our supervisor about what we have received from customers and work together to think about solutions that will satisfy our customers. The biggest difference from what I originally thought was is that there are more things I need to learn than I imagined because it is required to propose products that meet customer needs. I'm in a position where I can honestly say that I don't know what I don't understand, so I'm in the process of gradually expanding the range of what I can do on my own, asking customers about their concerns and requests as much as possible, consulting with my boss about it, and thinking about solutions on my own.

H.Y.

As a sales assistant who supports the work of sales staff like K.I., I manage sales of the sales in charge, order orders, and prepare related documents. As I noticed after I started work, I thought that sales assistants were only working in response to instructions from sales, but in fact, sales often consulted assistants about the characteristics of products and delivery dates, etc. There are many cases, and assistants need that much knowledge and experience.

S.N.

I am a member of the Administration Division of the Osaka Head Office, and I am currently in charge of accounting, accounting software input, payment procedures, etc. I heard from my seniors that the work of the Management Department was "It's so wide that I can't say it in a single word," but I was very surprised that the width was really wider than I imagined. Like H.Y., I still have only a small part of my work, but I would like to do my best from what I can do so so that I can gradually expand the scope of my work.

Q2. What are your motivations for joining the company?

K.I.

I wanted to know Kansai wire network while looking for a company with aspirations for sales jobs, and I thought that by engaging with companies in various industries, I would be able to continue my work with fresh feelings and interest even after joining the company. I'm from Fukuoka, and it was hard to come to Osaka for the selection, but I felt that I wanted to join the company more than that, so I didn't have any trouble.

H.Y.

I was looking for a company for a job as a clerk, and I was rather interested in dealing with wire mesh products that have never been touched before, so I wanted to participate in the briefing. However, unfortunately, I couldn't apply because it was full and there was no plan after that, so I gave up once, but I really wanted to participate, and when I called and asked, I was happy to accept it . I felt that it was a company that thinks about job hunting students first, such as casually calling out and frequently contacting me during the subsequent selection, and here I decided to join the company because I thought I could do my best as a member of society.

S.N.

I was the same as H.Y., and the casual communication between employees seen during the selection process and the response at the interview made me the decisive factor that I thought I could do my best for these people.

I gain more experience and deepen my knowledge.
Eventually, I want to grow into an employee that can be relied on by everyone.

Q3. Have you ever changed your mindset or attitude to work on things since you joined the company?

K.I.

In the past, I was rather not good at taking action from myself, but after joining the company, I opened again saying, "It is natural that newcomers do not know," and I became able to ask questions from myself more and more . Also, even if you ask questions, seniors will answer carefully, so I think that is one of the reasons why I became active.

S.N.

Your way of thinking about money has changed the most. When I was a student, I took classes and paid for club activities, but when I became a member of society, I still have to learn and study, but I still receive money and salary. I realize the importance of responsibility and the magnitude of expectations, and I want to improve myself so that I can work that matches the money I receive.

H.Y.

My lifestyle has changed completely from when I was a student. I still get up early in the morning, commute to work, work until night and return home, repeat such days, so I can do my best, so I finally understand the greatness of my parents who have been doing it for decades as the same member of society I became.

Q4. What are your dreams and goals for the future?

H.Y.

My goal is to increase the number of jobs that I can do on my own. I would be happy if I could not do what I couldn't do, and I would like to work on my daily work without forgetting the feeling of growth so that I can become an assistant who can leave my work with confidence from seniors and sales people.

S.N.

The goal is to be able to do what I have taught so far by myself, and to expand the range of things I can do. Right now, I can only see my work alone, but I would like to broaden my range of connections, grasp and understand the whole picture, and improve the quality of my work.

K.I.

I would like to try various things, increase my experience, and acquire a wide range of product knowledge without forgetting the aggressiveness I mentioned earlier. I think there are times when I fail, but I want to take on the challenge without being afraid. And eventually, I want to be able to get the unique features and weapons and say, "Kansai wire net has KI.."
