The Technical Department supports our proposal capabilities. In addition to designing products based on information and issues received from sales, we sometimes went to the site with sales, and we have accumulated our technical know-how by thoroughly dealing with the site as a product installation and troubleshooting. One of the attractions of our technical department is to be able to know the site of customers who actually use our products. In addition, there is no need to develop new functions, and we are constantly striving to keep an eye on the value of the next generation of industrial wire mesh, placing an antenna for information, and conducting research from all angles.
Currently, we are conducting voluntary activities such as holding regular study sessions with young employees, and each member is working on issues. Recently, a new technical department floor that combines a laboratory has been newly established to create a comfortable environment where employees can work with even more and more fully.
