The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for guaranteeing the quality of our products to our customers. If the correct manufacturing process is not taken into account, we will not be able to maintain the quality of the products we need. To this end, we play a role in supporting the proper management of the manufacturing process.
We have acquired ISO9001, and under the quality management system, we are working to build operations that ensure that the system functions properly and effectively. In the unlikely event that a product that is inconsistent with the customer's requirements is shipped, one of the quality assurance tasks is responsible for responding. It is also important to understand the needs of customers correctly, deploy them within the company, and use them for the next manufacturing.
