The Quality Assurance Department plays a role in ensuring the quality of our products to our customers. If the correct manufacturing process is not taken into account, we will not be able to maintain the quality of the products you need. To this end, we play a role in supporting the proper management of the manufacturing process.
We have acquired ISO 9001, and under the quality management system, we strive to build operations that enable the system to function properly and effectively. In the unlikely event that products that are inconsistent with the customer's requirements are shipped, it is one of the quality assurance tasks that responds to them. It is also important to understand customer requests correctly, deploy them internally, and use them for the next production.
