Human resources and labor services, such as employee recruitment, employee education, and the creation of a system for realizing diverse work styles, salary calculation, etc., behind the scenes to pick up the voices of employees, improve the internal environment and enhance benefits, accounting, accounting, deposits and withdrawals, finance, development of remote work environments, design and introduction of various systems and IT tools.
While the ability to be a specialist in each field is required, a company of our size also requires the ability to be a generalist in all areas.
