In addition to personnel and labor, general affairs, accounting, finance, and information systems, the management and supervision department of the Company provides planning services to assist management by formulating business plans, and in-house infrastructure development services such as core systems and network environments. Human resources and labor services, such as employee recruitment, employee education, creation of systems for realizing diverse work styles, salary calculations, etc., "General affairs" operations behind the scenes to improve the internal environment and enhance welfare, "Accounting" operations, which compiles daily company numbers and handles settlement of accounts, "finance" operations that handle money, "remote work environment, design and introduction of various systems and IT tools, and "information system" operations that fundamentally support corporate management, and the work of these management departments.
While the ability to be a specialist in each field is required, a company of our size also requires the qualities as a generalist who can handle all areas.
