Education and Training System

The training period varies depending on where you are assigned, but there is a maximum of about 6 months of newcomer training. In the six-month training, we provide training on products, training on manufacturing sites at factories, training on accompany senior sales employees at sales branches, as well as manners training as a member of society, such as how to answer telephone calls and hand over business cards, as well as basic business training on how to read financial statements and corporate organization.
After that, senior employees serve as guidance and mentor, and OJT starts. Senior employees will support you well, so you will learn the work one by one from the basics.
In two or three years after joining the company, we will conduct training for about one week at overseas subsidiaries.
In addition, we hold external training and seminars, rank-specific training according to the position and year, and study sessions by in-house instructors.
In addition, if it is related to work, there is also a half-price subsidy for English conversation tuition and a partial subsidy for qualification acquisition costs.
