Education and Training System
The training period varies depending on where you are assigned, but there is a maximum of about 6 months of newcomer training. In the six-month training, we will provide training on products, training on manufacturing sites at factories, and accompanying training with senior sales employees at sales branches, as well as etiquette training as a member of society, such as how to answer telephone calls and hand over business cards, as well as basic business training on how to read financial statements and corporate organization.
After that, senior employees will act as guidance and mentors, and OJT will start. Senior employees will support you well, so you will learn your work one by one from the basics.
In the first two or three years after joining the company, we will conduct training at overseas subsidiaries for about one week.
In addition, we attend external training and seminars, rank-specific training according to the position and year, and study sessions by in-house instructors.
In addition, in the case of work related, there is a half-price subsidy for English conversation tuition and a partial subsidy for qualification acquisition costs.
