If you are satisfied with this condition, you will be required to accept it internally.
We will respond as flexibly as possible if there is any consultation such as the date of joining the company.

After that, we will send you the entry documents, so please fill in by the date of joining the company.

[Manufacturing position]
After joining the company, we will conduct an orientation and a health checkup.
We will provide an overview of the company, work rules, compliance training, and introduction of benefits.
In addition, you will also receive skills training such as qualifications (forklifts and ball hanging) necessary for work in external training.
Senior employees will carefully teach their duties in OJT format.

We are recruiting for each place of work.
In the case of the Bando Plant (Shando City, Ibaraki Prefecture), Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture is the place of work.

The manufacturing bases in Kansai are based on their experience, qualifications, and wishes and aptitudes from the Osaka Head Office (Namiya Ward, Osaka City), the Osaka Plant (Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture), and the Amagasaki Plant (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture).

In the case of the Bando Plant (Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture), there is basically no transfer.

We do not own leisure facilities or recreation facilities, but we are a member-based welfare service "Benefit Station" provided by Benefit One Co., Ltd.
Employees can use hotels, restaurants, leisure facilities such as TDL and USJ, movie theaters, fitness clubs, etc. that benefit stations partner with, at membership prices.

In order to maintain and improve the health of employees, there are the following systems.

Health checkup　
Once a year, we conduct health checkups and lifestyle-related disease medical examinations depending on our age.
For women, gynecological examinations are also borne by the company.

Stress check　
Once a year, grasp the condition of stress and prevent mental health problems.

Purchase of voluntary insurance　
We have insurance that can guarantee not only injuries during work, but also hospitalization due to injuries and illnesses that occur on holidays.

The average age is 45 years, and the average length of service is 15 years.
