After that, we will send you the documents to join the company, so please fill in the form by the date of joining the company.

After joining the company, we will conduct an orientation and health check-up.
We will provide an overview of the company, work rules, compliance training, and introduction of benefits.
In addition, you will be required to receive skills training such as qualifications (forklifts and ball hangings) required for work in external training.
The work will be carefully instructed by senior employees in OJT format.

We are recruiting for each work location.
In the case of Bando Plant (Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture), Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture is the place of work.

The manufacturing bases in Kansai are Osaka Head Office (Naminami Ward, Osaka City), Osaka Plant (Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture), and Amagasaki Plant (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture), taking into account their experience, qualifications, wishes and aptitudes.

In the case of the Bando Plant (Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture), there is basically no transfer.

Employees can use hotels, restaurants, leisure facilities such as TDL and USJ, movie theaters, fitness clubs, etc. to which benefit stations are affiliated.

Health check-up　
Once a year, depending on age, we conduct health checkups and lifestyle-related disease checkups.
For women, the company also pays for gynecological examinations.

Stress check　
Once a year, grasp the condition of stress and prevent mental health problems.

Voluntary insurance　
We have insurance that can guarantee injuries during work, as well as hospitalization due to injuries that occur on holidays and illness.

The average age is 45 and the average length of service is 15 years.
