Q1 How do you make a selection?

The interview is once. The personnel manager and the factory manager will be interviewers.

There is no written exam.
Interviews will be conducted in the form of interviews based on the contents of your resume and job history.
We also have time for your questions.

Q2 Please tell me the flow when the job offer is decided.
A

Once the job offer is decided, we will present the working conditions.
If you are satisfied with these conditions, you will be required to accept them internally.
If you have any questions, such as the date of joining the company, we will respond as flexibly as possible.

After that, we will send you the entry documents, so please fill in by the date of joining the company.

Q3 Please tell me your schedule after joining the company.
A

After joining the company, we will conduct an orientation and medical examination.
We will provide an overview of the company, work rules, compliance training, and introduction of benefits.
In addition, you will also receive skills training such as qualifications (forklifts and ball hanging) necessary for work in external training.
Our senior employees will carefully provide guidance in OJT format.

Regarding assignments and transfers

Q1 How do you decide where to work?
A

We are recruiting for each work location.
In the case of Bando Plant (Shando City, Ibaraki Prefecture), Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture will be working.

The manufacturing bases in Kansai are based on their experience, qualifications, wishes and aptitudes from the Osaka Head Office (Naniwa Ward, Osaka City), Osaka Plant (Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture), and Amagasaki Plant (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture).

Q2 Are there any transfers or transfers after joining the company?
A

In the case of a Bando Factory (Bando City, Ibaraki Prefecture), there is basically no transfer.

Our manufacturing bases in Kansai are from the Osaka Head Office (Naniwa Ward, Osaka City), Osaka Plant (Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture), and Amagasaki Plant (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture), taking into account their experience, qualifications, wishes and aptitudes.

Q1 Are there facilities such as leisure facilities and recreation facilities?
A

We do not own leisure facilities or recreation facilities, but we are a member-based welfare service "Benefit Station" provided by Benefit One Co., Ltd.
Employees can use hotels, restaurants, leisure facilities such as TDL and USJ, cinemas, fitness clubs, etc. that benefit stations partner with, at membership prices.

Health examination 
Once a year, we conduct health checkups and lifestyle-related disease medical examinations depending on our age.
For women, gynecological examinations are also borne by the company.
