The high level of social contribution is rewarding.
I would like to improve my skills as a technical manager.

In addition to design and drafting, the technical staff at Kansai Network is responsible for research and development.
I am currently in charge of three main tasks. One is the design and drafting of conveyor belts. The optimal belt is designed and drafted according to customer needs and issues, and is handed over to factories and cooperating companies that manufacture them. Next, during the inspection and construction of conveyor belts, customers inspect the belts and main parts used by customers, and repair and replace parts as necessary. Finally, we are conducting research and development to enhance the value of our products by developing lighter and longer-lasting conveyor belts using 3DCAD.
Conveyor belts are not first seen in everyday life, but products manufactured using conveyor belts are only familiar to our lives. In addition, since there are many major and famous companies, I think that the unique appeal of this job is that you can feel the high social contribution. Also, when you go to the site where conveyor belts are active, you can see the process of making various products, and seeing them is one of the pleasures of work.
We value communication with our customers as difficult work times.
I was studying chemistry at university, and there was a desire to get a technical job, but I thought that it would be good to work that could be reflected in manufacturing while communicating with customers, rather than focusing on research. I still had an impressive job, and I was able to replace a large belt that I had never handled before, so I had a hard time with the large amount of work, but I remember well that I was able to finish somehow while consulting with customers and sales representatives. I think we will continue to encounter difficult tasks in the future, but in such a case, we value communication with our customers and solve problems together.
In addition, in order to improve my skills as a technical officer, I would like to deepen my knowledge of the 3DCAD and structural analysis programs used in research and development. And eventually, I would like to develop a conveyor belt like never before with my own hands.
Even though you have different specialties, learning during your school days is useful for your work.
When I was a student, I was a major in chemistry, and I have never studied specialized in the fields of machinery and physics that I am currently working on. However, for example, how to use spreadsheet software for compiling experimental data, how to create sentences that were often instructed when writing papers, and mathematical knowledge when requiring highly difficult calculations, there are many useful points for my current job, and I am glad I studied hard. In addition, some of our customers are chemical companies, and it is very helpful to be able to communicate smoothly because of their basic knowledge.
