Supporting manufacturing sites to ensure stable supply of high-quality products.

Products such as conveyor belts manufactured by us strictly control quality based on internal rules established in accordance with the international standards of the organization called ISO (International Organization for Standardization). The Quality Assurance Department, which I belong to, begins with obtaining ISO certification, checks whether the operation of the quality control system at each plant meets the standards, and prepares various documents required by customers, including inspection reports.
Among them, I am mainly in charge of various measures related to ISO9001 certification registration examination. In addition, by operating this quality management system throughout the company, we support manufacturing sites so that we can provide stable products that satisfy our customers.

I want to further improve my knowledge and understanding of standards and acquire the necessary skills.

Even if we have strict quality control, it is difficult to fully meet customer needs. If the customer fails to reach the required level, we will thoroughly analyze the cause and prepare a report while rubbing countermeasures with the manufacturing site and submit it to the customer. In addition, we always keep in mind that it is most important to take measures to improve, such as responding to customers who come directly to the factory and conducting audits to ensure that improvement measures are being implemented on-site.
Since I started working with ISO9001 since I joined our company, I still have little knowledge and experience, and I am currently working with the support of senior employees. In the future, I would like to further increase my knowledge and understanding of standards and gain experience as an auditor by actively involved in audits. In the future, I would like to acquire the necessary skills so that I can take the initiative in ISO9001-related registration screening activities.

When I was a student, I learned the way of thinking and attitudes I learned through my research.
It is useful for my current business.

When I was a student, I majored in control engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, and I don't have a direct relationship with my current job, but I think that the logical thinking I learned through research and the attitude of working persistently on things can be utilized in my current work. I also belonged to the Quality Assurance Department in my previous job, and I was mainly in charge of product inspection work, so there are many common parts from the handling of measuring instruments to troubleshooting, regardless of product differences, and it is very useful for daily work.
