Our products such as conveyor belts strictly control quality in accordance with internal rules established in accordance with international standards of organizations called ISO (International Organization for Standardization). The Quality Assurance Department, which I belong to, begins with obtaining ISO certification, confirms whether the operation of the quality control system at each plant meets the standards, and prepares various documents required by customers, including inspection reports, and conducts activities to maintain the high quality of Kansai Wire Netting products.
I am mainly in charge of various measures related to ISO9001 (Quality Management System) certification registration examination. In addition, by operating this quality management system throughout the company, we support manufacturing sites so that we can stably provide products that satisfy our customers.

I want to further improve my knowledge and understanding of standards and acquire the necessary skills.

Even at our company, which has strict quality control, it is difficult to fully meet customer requirements. If we fail to reach the customer's required level, we will thoroughly analyze the cause and prepare a report and submit it to the customer while rubbing countermeasures with the manufacturing site. In addition, we always keep in mind that it is most important to take measures to improve, such as responding directly to customers visiting the factory and conducting audits to ensure that improvement measures are being implemented on-site.
Since I have been involved in ISO9001 since I joined our company, I still have little knowledge and experience, and I am currently working with the support of senior employees. In the future, I would like to further increase my knowledge and understanding of standards and gain experience as an auditor by actively involved in auditing. In the future, I would like to acquire the necessary skills so that I can take the initiative in conducting registration screening activities related to ISO9001.

When I was a student, I learned the way of thinking and attitudes I learned through research.
It is useful for my current work.

When I was a student, I majored in control engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, and I don't have a direct relationship with my current job, but I think that the logical thinking I learned through research and the attitude of working patiently on things can be utilized in my current work. I also belonged to the Quality Assurance Department in my previous job, and I was mainly in charge of product inspection work, so despite differences in products, there are many common parts from the handling of measuring instruments to troubleshooting, making it very useful for daily work.

A day's schedule

8:45: Start-up, email check

I'll check the work of the day.

9:30: Inspection of products in stock

New products are in stock every day at Kansai Wire Netting. The points to be careful about for each product, the content to be measured changes, and the variety of varieties, so we work with sales to keep an eye out so that defective products do not pass to customers.

11:00: Creation of documents to be submitted to customers

12:00: Lunch

12:45: Transfer to factories and conduct audits

The Quality Assurance Department may visit the factory directly and audit whether it meets the requirements of the quality management system.

17:00: Return to work and confirm tomorrow’s work

17:30: End of business
