Operations that do not allow mistakes, such as settlement of accounts and introduction of systems.
It's rewarding to finish with the team.
The management department of the Kansai Network is responsible for a very wide range of tasks, and I am mainly responsible for accounting and system operations. In accounting, we cover a wide range of tasks, from purchasing operations that occur on a daily basis, to accounting operations that are performed every three months, and audit response. In the system business, we are making paperless within the company and modifying and revamping accounting systems in line with various legal revisions. Like every job, financial statements, system renewal, maintenance, etc. are absolutely unacceptable tasks and a very important role for the company. If you are able to complete your work without any major trouble while communicating with the members around you, you can really feel rewarding.
We are working on digitization and DX of the entire business, such as using the cloud for attendance management, but there are still many analog parts, and we would like to further promote this trend in the future. Of course, I don't think it would be good to digitize everything, so I would like to understand and understand the current business of the entire company and proceed based on the optimal solution for the Company. To that end, I would also like to be able to acquire knowledge in the digital field and take the initiative in improving work and creating a comfortable workplace.

Contributing to the development of the company through a wide range of tasks, from general affairs, labor, personnel affairs, and accounting.
I am currently in charge of a wide range of matters related to general affairs, labor, personnel affairs, and accounting in the Administration Department. Specifically, it covers a wide range of topics, including monthly preparation of committee meetings with industrial physicians and health examinations, company training and welfare-related registration management, company-owned car management, support for overseas travel, confirmation of personnel information and social insurance-related procedures, preparation of drinks for meetings, purchase and distribution of office supplies and consumables, monthly expense collection and payment, accounting for subsidiaries. In accounting and labor relations, which are often affected by law revisions, there are many things to learn each time. For example, recently, many employees, both men and women, use maternity leave and childcare leave, and it is rewarding to learn a lot through actual procedures.
I was originally in charge of general affairs and accounting at the Osaka Plant, and after that I was transferred to the management department of the head office, but I was mainly in charge of work related to factory affairs, and I was able to work on my daily work with a fresh feeling thanks to the follow-up of everyone, including the boss and seniors of the department, I was able to take care of my familiarity with it. As I do a wide range of jobs, I want to learn more and acquire knowledge more and more, and I have acquired the qualification of a hygiene manager according to the transfer. We will continue to create workplaces where employees can work with peace of mind and long through various learning and growth, and contribute to the development of the Kansai Network in the future.
