I am currently a member of the Osaka Factory of the Manufacturing Department, and I am mainly in charge of ordering work such as consumables and tools necessary for the issuance of product inspection reports, preparation of quotes for transportation when shipping products, wire mesh and conveyor belts, and other materials necessary for work. We are also in charge of work improvement activities to improve the efficiency of manufacturing work and improve the quality of products. Even though we are a clerical worker, we sometimes create drawings and weld as necessary with on-site workers.
When you create your own drawings and place an order, actually deliver them, which leads to improvements such as reducing man-hours and shortening lead times, you can feel the joy of being able to contribute as a member of the factory. In addition, it is rewarding every day to be able to gain knowledge about manufacturing and improve their skills, so it is also rewarding to be able to feel the way they grow up.

I decided to join the company because Kansai Secure Network products are indispensable to our daily lives and have a top-class market share in the industry. In order for the Kansai Network to maintain and further develop this position, we believe it is most important to continue to create high value-added and high-quality products that can solve customer issues at a higher level. I work at the Osaka Plant, which is the front line of our manufacturing, and I am working to improve my communication skills in order to contribute as much as possible.
In the manufacturing department, skills to convey one's thoughts in an easy-to-understand manner and the ability to listen and understand people's stories are required. However, in the past, some people have not been able to communicate their intentions well, so by improving their communication skills, I would like to improve the value and quality of products by conducting business more smoothly and more effectively.

Judgment and planning skills acquired in the previous job.

In my previous job, I was engaged in electronic equipment inspection work, and it was a task that was chased by the delivery date, so I was able to judge what to do now and what to do, and to make a business plan to prevent delays in delivery date I got it. This ability is also used in my current work, and we are trying to clarify what we need to do on an hourly basis and make plans, so that we can complete the day's work without waste and without omission.
