Contributes not only to procurement of materials necessary for factories, but also to improvement and efficiency of work.
Currently, I belong to the Osaka Plant of the Manufacturing Department, and I am mainly in charge of ordering work such as wire rods and consumables and tools necessary for work, which are indispensable for the issuance of inspection documents for products, preparation of quotations for transportation flights when loading products, and production of wire mesh and conveyor belts. He is also in charge of work improvement activities to improve the efficiency of manufacturing operations and improve the quality of products. Even though he is a clerk, he sometimes creates drawings and welds as necessary with the on-site workers.
When the drawings are created and ordered are actually delivered, leading to improvements such as reducing labor and shortening lead time, you can feel the joy of being able to contribute as a member of the factory. In addition, since you have the opportunity to acquire knowledge about manufacturing and hone your skills, it is also rewarding to be able to feel the way you grow yourself.
To create high value-added and high-quality products,
I want to improve my communication skills.
Kansai Wire Netting's products are essential to our daily lives, and we have a top-class market share in the industry, so we decided to join the company. In order for Kansai Wire Netting to maintain and further develop this position, we believe it is most important to continue to create high-value-added and high-quality products that can solve customer issues at a higher level. As I work at the Osaka Plant, which is the forefront of our manufacturing, I am working to improve my communication skills in order to contribute even a little to that point.
The manufacturing department requires more skills to convey your thoughts in an easy-to-understand manner, and the ability to listen and understand people's stories. However, in the past, some people have not communicated their intentions well, so by improving their communication skills, we would like to improve the value and quality of products by conducting operations more smoothly and more effectively.
Decision-making and planning skills acquired in previous jobs.
In my previous job, I was conducting electronic equipment inspection work, and I was busy with the delivery date, so I gained the ability to judge what I should do and what I shouldn't do now, and to make a business plan to prevent delays in delivery time I got it. This ability is also used in our current work, and we are trying to clarify what we need to do on a daily basis and make plans, so that we can complete the day's work without waste and without omission.
