Job description: This is the manufacture of industrial wire mesh used in manufacturing.

Cutting and packing products
Import and shipping of products and materials
◆Bando Factory
Processing of wire mesh products
◆Osaka Factory
Wire processing, belt assembly and cleaning
Product inspection and packing work
◆Amagasaki Factory
Processing operations such as welding of frames in the wire mesh manufacturing process

Location of work: Osaka Head Office (Naniwa Ward, Osaka City), Bando Plant (Sando City, Ibaraki Prefecture)
Osaka Plant (Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture) and Amagasaki Plant (Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture)

Working hours: ◆Osaka Head Office
8:45 to 17:30 (including break time: 45 minutes, actual work 8 hours)
There is no night shift
◆Bando Factory
8:30 to 17:15 (including break time: 45 minutes, actual work 8 hours)
There is no night shift
◆Osaka Factory
8:25-17:15 (including break time: 50 minutes, actual work 8 hours)
There is no night shift
◆Amagasaki Factory
8:30-17:25 (including break time: 55 minutes, actual work 8 hours)
There is no night shift

Salary: Monthly salary from 180,000 yen
※Overtime and commuting allowance (actual expenses) are paid separately
※Monthly salary is determined based on experience and ability.
※Trial period 3 months (No change in treatment)

Pay raises and bonuses: Pay raise: Once a year (April)
Bonuses: Twice a year (May and November)
※Bonuses in 2024: 5.2 months

Various allowances: Position allowance, housing allowance, family allowance, single transfer allowance, qualification allowance, overtime allowance, commuting allowance

Holiday vacation: 127 days of annual holidays in FY2025
Holiday: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (completely two days per week)

Interview
・There is one interview for the manufacturer.
・Interviews are basically conducted at the place of work (head office and each factory), but those who are far away will also be able to provide web interviews.
・After the interview in a face-to-face format, we will provide workplace guidance. We will explain the contents of the work while looking at the actual machine, so please check the work of the employees working there and the atmosphere of the workplace.
・After the job offer, we will present the working conditions. If you agree to this, please submit a letter of consent.

Working hours: ◆Tokyo Branch
9:00 to 17:45 (including break time: 45 minutes, actual work 8 hours)
There is also a staggered attendance system.

Salary: Monthly salary 276,250 yen to 373,000 yen
※Overtime and commuting allowance (actual expenses) are paid separately
※Business allowance 25,000 yen (fixed overtime fee 9 hours 18 minutes to 15 hours 42 minutes)
　For excess of fixed overtime pay, overtime pay will be paid separately.
※Monthly salary is determined based on experience and ability.
