Collect information
Sales representative will ask customer for issues and requests in detail. We may visit customer's manufacturing site to understand situation at site and to check for any other potential problems.

Design
Technical staff will collaborate with sales department to design products that reflect cutomer needs based on content of information collected. Various strength calculations and tests are performed as necessary to select the optimal specifications.

Quotation
Once specifications are finalized and approved by customer, we will submit a quotation.

Order
After customer finish reviewing our quotaiton, we are ready to wait for firm order.

Manufacturing
Manufacturing at each mother factory for wire conveyor belt, filter and screen. High quality products are produced with reliable technology based on made to order production and our own production facilities.

Inspection
Based on ISO 9001 quality management system, each factory conducts strict inspections for each manufacturing process to improve quality and ensure stable supply. After strict inspections, product is finally shipped.

After-Sales support
After delivering finished product to customers, sales department, engineering department, manufacturing department and quality assurance department will work together to support customers. We also accept installation work on customer equipment and on-site survey to check conditions of product upon request.
