Example of resolving the risk of contamination by replacing with BONMESH strainer
The strainer, in which the punching metal and wire mesh are fixed by spot welding, was replaced with our bonmesh strainer (the shape and mesh size are the same). It was possible to avoid contamination of the wire mesh, which had been held in conventional products, leading to improve customer satisfaction.

Customer Issue
Regular wire mesh inspection, and replacement were carried out at the food oil manufacturing plant.
A line strainer using wire mesh is used in the production process of food oil.
They were struggling to check the wire mesh regularly, and were worried about the risk of contamination due to frays and damage to the wire mesh.

Our proposal
Replacement with BONMESH Strainer
Punching metal and wire mesh are integrated by sintering.
It has become possible to prevent frays and damage to the wire mesh, and the risk of contamination has been eliminated.
Even in terms of performance, it led to a significant improvement in cleanability.

Effect after introduction
It became easier to check the wire mesh, and there was no need to replace it.
Replacement with BONMESH strainer greatly reduces the time and effort of inspection than before. It was unnessary to replace new one.
It also avoided contamination and reduced running costs.
