Eliminate risk of contamination of conveyor belts with chains

Changed specifications from conveyor belt attachment type with chain (clined to pipes with wire) to stem type. Eliminated the risk of contamination in the wire.

Customer Issue

I want to eliminate the risk of contamination

Use a conveyor belt with a chain for transport by a certain food manufacturer.
It was designed to put the net on a pipe stand and tie it with a wire, but there was a risk of foreign matter contamination due to wire breakage.

Our proposal

Specification change to Stepin type

Hearing the conditions of use and performing strength calculation.
We propose a change to a stem type that does not change the net mesh of the net and does not need to be tied with wires.

Effect after introduction

The risk of contamination of foreign substances was eliminated, leading to cost reduction.

Eliminate the risk of failure due to the need for wire stitching.
In addition, the simpler structure of the belt led to a reduction in costs.
