Reduction of raw material loss during transportation by replacing with DIAPRO

By replacing the conveying belt with DIAPRO (patented), the scattering of raw materials due to static electricity has been reduced, leading to a reduction in loss.

Customer Issue

There was a lot of scattering of raw materials and a lot of loss.

At a disposable diaper manufacturing plant, the raw material was transported on a plastic wire belt while stacking raw materials on the sheet, and the raw materials rebounded due to static electricity, and some of them were scattered.
Since the scattered raw materials cannot be reused and lead to loss, we wanted to reduce the scattering even a little.

Our proposal

Replacement with DIAPRO

Because of an antistatic ability of carbon threads used in DIAPRO, the scattering of raw materials, which has been an issue, can be expected to reduce loss.
