Washing wire mesh - Removal of fine impurities -
By introducing SCT cleaning, the fine impurities attached to the wire mesh were removed and the risk of contamination was reduced.
Customer Issue
Fine impurities attached to the wire mesh may flow out to the product side.
Although wire mesh was used as a filter application, some impurities in a few micrometer size (dust in the air) attached to the wire mesh itself flowed to the product side, resulting in a high defect rate of the products.
Also, it took more time for inspection.
