Characteristics
・The wire mesh of each layer divides the mesh with each other, thus forming an ideal filtration structure with fine and uniform shape of the pores.
・It can keep the same opening even under high pressure because wires are bonded well together at the contact points after sintering.
・It is excellent in backwashing and can be reused repeatedly.
・It's excellent in corrosion resistance.
・In addition to sheet-like, elements that are welded in a cylindrical shape can also be produced.

POREMET
As plain dutch is used for the 4th and the 5th layer of Porement as reinforcement, it has the highest pressure resistance in our lineup. It is excellent in backwashing due to its surface filtration structure. Sintered wire mesh is the most suitable for filteration where uniform filter rating is required. -
Bonmesh
While POREMET is one of our standard products, BONMESH is made-to-order products ,of which mesh combination and number of layers are designed based on customer's use condition and application. In response to your request, we can manufacture products in various filter rating and resistance.
As an example of application, there is a strainer type, "Bonmesh Strainer", which has an integrated structure in which wire mesh and punch boards are melted by baking.
