Using hard stainless steel wire for spring as a material, it is made by compressing and forming a knitted wire fabric, withstand a compressed load of several kg to several tens of kg per square cm. It is an anti-vibration buffer with the function of absorbing vibration by excellent elasticity and friction of countless steel wires. Its performance is characterized by providing insulation against steady vibrations, damping of impact vibrations, suppression of resonance, prevention of self-excited vibrations, and it can be used even in high-temperature environments beyond the permissible limits of rubber.
Characteristics

・Resistant to high and low temperature and non-flammable.
The usable temperature range is from -100°C to 400°C, and it does not catch fire even when touched.
・Resistant to oil.
It can be used even in oils and organic solvents that can deteriorate rubber.
・It has significant vibration damping.
It has 3 times higher vibration damping capability than natural rubber.
・It's hard spring.
It is a hard spring (non-linear) characteristic that increases spring constant as the load increases. Therefore, it is possible to keep the displacement at the time of heavy load small and prevent excessive displacement.
・Small creep
Eternal deformation is small and the resilience is excellent for any static or sudden heavy load in the compression direction.
・Not deformed
When compressed, the lateral deformation phenomenon,which is commonly seen in rubber ,does not occur in the cushion material.
・It has good heat dissipation properties.
It has excellent heat conduction, emits heat generated by vibration well, and does not cause deterioration due to accumulation of heat like rubber.
・It possesses conductivity.
It is also possible to use copper wire as the material if needed.
・It can be used as a composite material.
Since it is a metal thin wire contour, it is permeable porous, and can be filled with other substances such as rubber in the void and compounded.
