We have developed a new product jointly with Nagata Brewing Machine Co., Ltd.
We will exhibit "Refrigerators using direct-drive ultra-small mesh conveyor belts (DDA4)" at the following exhibition.

This product employs a direct drive method in which special protrusions on the back of the mesh belt and special sprockets are mixed.
This is a transport system that eliminates meandering and slips, which had been issues with conventional friction drive type.
In addition, the flange structure of the sprocket provides stable driving, and it is possible to handle small mesh belts (*Patent pending).
As a result, we will contribute to the efficiency of production sites by reducing meander adjustment work and reducing costs by reducing wire mesh damage.
On the day of the event, you can see this product at the booth of Nagata Brewery Machinery Co., Ltd. in the form adopted as a cooling machine.
