Examples of resolving the risk of contamination by replacing with SCP strainers
The strainer, in which the punching metal and wire mesh are fixed by spot welding, was replaced with our SCP strainer. It was possible to avoid contamination of the wire mesh, which had been held in the past, and led to improve customer satisfaction.

Strainers were regularly replaced at a sauce and soup manufacturing plant.

It took a lot of time on regular replacement and was concerned about the risk of contamination due to fraying or damage to the wire mesh.
Our proposal
Replacement with SCP strainer
The etching plate is integrated by multilayer sintering.
There was no fray or damage like wire mesh, and the risk of contamination was eliminated.
Even in terms of performance, it led to a significant improvement in cleanability.

Effect after introduction
There is no need to replace the strainer, leading to longer life.
It's unnecessary to replace new strainers even after 7 years since they installed SCP strainers.
It also avoided contamination and reduced running costs.
