Plain weave
This is the most basic type of weave, where warp and weft wires are woven alternately, crossing one by one and maintaining a certain interval. You can get an accurate filter rating. -
Twilled weave
This is a weaving type where warp and weft wires cross over two or more alternately, maintaining a consistent interval in the weave pattern. Twilled weave allows the use of thicker wire diameter compared to plain weave, as it has less bending depth of wires. -
Plain Dutch
This weave is similar to plain weave, with the only difference being that the weft wires are in contact with each other It has high strength and used for reinforcement. -
Twilled Dutch
This is a combination type of plain dutch and twilled weave,where the weft wires are in contact with one another and each crosses over two and more warp wires. Compared with the other three weaves, it can get the finest filter rating and smonth surface.
