TENSION HOOK

Characteristics

It can attach tension hooks to various meshes and is used in a wide range of applications.

Types of Tension Hook

・Hook No.1
Hook is made by bending of wire mesh without any metal plate.

・Hook No.2
Hook is made by welding of bended metal plate and wire mesh together.

・Hook No.3
Hook is made by bending wire mesh and U shape metal plate together after wire mesh is inserted into the U shape metal plate.

・Hook No.4
Rubber sheet is added to Hook No.3, in-between wire mesh and metal plate. (Standard material is white natural rubber)

・Hook No.5
Rubber sheet and metal plate are added to Hook No.3, in-between wire mesh and metal plate. (Standard material is white natural rubber) to prevent wire mesh from slipping.

・Hook No.6
It is based on the structure of Hook No.5 but designed to prevent the wire mesh from slipping out without using rivets.

・Hook No.7　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
New product; Rivetless Hook This type is designed without using rivets to address issues such as the generation of metal particles due to rivet hole processing and loosening of the mesh from the rivet area.
