Magnetic wire mesh (KMG mesh®)

KMG Mesh® is attached to a magnet because it has magnetic properties.

By using it for various applications such as sieves and filters, even if the wire mesh breaks down, the fragments can be recovered with a magnet and prevent contamination of foreign substances.

In order to further extend the life of KMG mesh® developed for the purpose of preventing foreign substances from contamination, we have developed a higher strength-strength steel type "Durmalloy" in addition to the traditional KNM21.

Characteristics

It can be used in a wide range of applications, such as the classification of powders such as raw materials by vibration sievers and filters used in the filtration process of fluids.

Magnetic stainless steel mesh "KNM21" (patent granted)
•For applications which require strong magnetic wire mesh
•Applicable wire diameter Φ0.1 or more
※Possible to waeve up to 100mesh

High durability and magnetic stainless steel (Durmalloy) wire mesh (licensed)
•For applications which require wire mesh superior in wear and fatigue resistance
•Applicable wire diameter Φ0.6 or less: Durmalloy I (weaving up to about 350meshes)
　　　　　 Φ0.6 or more: Durmalloy II ※(Weaving up to about φ1.6)

※"Durmalloy II"
　We have successfully developed Durmalloy II, a high-strength stainless steel product capable of handling wire diameters over φ0.6mm. This addresses the larger wire diameter range that was beyond the weaving capability of Durmalloy I until now.
　Moreover, it has a high level of corrosion resistance and it has strong magnetism second to KNM21.
