What kind of product?
In the past, hook boards and wire mesh were fixed with rivets to prevent the remaining processed materials in the gap between hook boards and wire mesh. However, we can solve the above problems without using rivets!
What's features?
Compared to hooks with rivets,
・Contamiles…There is no generation of metal powder due to rivet processing
・Residue control…The size of the gap between the hook plate and the wire mesh is equal or less (*1)
※1 The gap between hook No. 6 may be slightly larger than with rivets depending on the specifications.
Conventional hook

It is easy for the processing material to remain in the gap between the hook plate and the wire mesh.
With a hook with a rivet...
Residues in the gap between the hook plate and the wire mesh are suppressed, but metal powder generated by the riveting process may become foreign matter. （※2）

This hook is suitable for food-related sifting processes in which residues and contamination are particularly problematic.
