Flat Wire Belt (FW)
・This belt is made by continuously processing flat wire (FW) into a grid and connecting it with a straight-line rod.
・It is also used for the removal equipment (dust remover) of garbage (draft trees, fallen leaves, small fish, ice mass, etc.) at drainage stations, etc., but since there are many steep slopes, stoppers (also called flights, rakes) are installed.
・Sprocket drive enables reliable and stable running.
・Since the open area is large, it is highly breathable and dewaterable.
・The belt surface can be transported even if it is smooth and easy to fall down.
・washing is easy.
・CFW can be used for curve.
We are also preparing attachments!
Stopper can be installed!
・It is possible to install the stopper easily using the stopper mounting metal fittings.
・Fix the stopper mounting metal fittings on the back of the belt.
・We are preparing brackets for stopper installation of the following two specifications.
①FW-18-27.4-5.0-(1.5×12.7)-H
②FW-12.7-25.4-5.0-(1.5×12.7)-H
Reinforcement plates can be installed!
・Reinforcement plates can be attached in the shape of a ch or an array of staggers.
・Incorporate a reinforcement plate on both sides or on one side of the belt.
・Reinforcement plates from t1.5 to t3.0 are prepared.
