Wire conveyor belt that is also used for dust removers!
Flat Wire Belt (FW)
・This belt is made by continuously processing flat wires (FW) into grids and connecting them with straight rods.
・It is also used as a removal device (dust remover) for garbage (draft trees, fallen leaves, small fish, ice mass, etc.) at drainage stations, but because of the steep slope, a stopper (also called flight or rake) is installed.
・Sprocket drive enables reliable and stable running.
・Since the open area is large, it is highly breathable and dewaterable.
・The belt surface can be transported even if it is smooth and easy to fall down.
・washing is easy.
・CFW can be used for curve.
We are also preparing attachments!
Stopper can be installed!
・It is possible to attach the stopper easily using the stopper mounting metal fittings.
・Fix the stopper mounting metal fittings on the back of the belt.
・We have prepared brackets for stopper installation of the following two specifications.
①FW-18-27.4-5.0-(1.5×12.7)-H
②FW-12.7-25.4-5.0-(1.5×12.7)-H
Reinforcement plates can be installed!
・Reinforcement plates can be installed in the shape of a ch or an array of chidoris.
・Reinforcement plates are incorporated on both sides or on one side of the belt.
・Reinforcement plates from t1.5 to t3.0 are prepared.
